Shipping Policy – Adhyatmaa

At Adhyatmaa, we take great care to ensure your spiritual idols reach you safely and on time. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon – Fri).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Domestic (India): 5 – 7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance; we will provide estimated timelines at checkout.

  • Please note, unexpected delays due to courier or customs are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all products for domestic purchase – no minimum order value.

  • For international orders, shipping charges vary depending on the destination country, selected courier service, and package weight. All international shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

4. Courier Partners & Tracking

  • We ship through trusted partners such as Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, XPRESSBEES, Shadofax, ATS, and EKART.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

5. International Shipping & Customs

  • For international orders, customs duties or taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

  • Delays due to customs clearance are not under our control.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing the order.

  • If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We pack every product securely, but if your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with an unboxing video.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier and issue a refund or replacement as per our Refund & Return Policy.
