At Adhyatmaa, we ensure that your spiritual and divine products are delivered to you safely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing an order.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During festive seasons, sales, or special promotions, order processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Timelines

Delivery within India: Usually 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Remote / Tier-3 areas may take additional time.

International shipping (if applicable): 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free above ₹999 order value (within India).

For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
4. Delivery Partners

We partner with reputed courier services (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, etc.) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
5. Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to an incomplete/incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
7. Delays Beyond Control
