Adhyatmaa – Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Adhyatmaa, every product is crafted with devotion and care. We want you to have complete peace of mind when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return and exchange policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Products are eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.

• For delicate items (e.g., brass idols, spiritual artefacts), any return is accepted only if the product is damaged during transit or wrong item delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Incense sticks, powders, oils, or any consumables.

• Customized/engraved items.

• Discounted or clearance sale items.

3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping charges).

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).

• Shipping charges for exchanges (unless due to defect/wrong item) will be borne by the customer.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality inspection of the returned item.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged/defective products.

6. Return & Exchange Process

2. Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging.

3. Once approved, you will receive a return pickup confirmation or instructions for self-shipping.

4. After inspection, refund or replacement will be initiated.

7. Important Notes

• Adhyatmaa reserves the right to decline a return/exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.

• Please ensure safe packaging during return shipping, as damages caused in transit due to poor packaging will not be eligible for refund.
